Job Description

- Attending to Corporate clients none financial transactions requests i.e. Opening accounts, account maintenance, account services.

- Servicing corporate clients and ensure maximizing ARB share of wallet in terms of liabilities.   

- Cross Selling cash management, Treasury, and Trade products to Corporate clients with special emphasis on onboarding Corporate Banking Clients on ARB online platform.

- Referring Corporate Banking clients to appropriate segments: Large, Middle and Enterprise Banking.

- Referring Corporate Banking clients to MSB segment.

- Documenting client meetings inside the branch and client visits.

- Record Corporate Client requests/service issues (those with no RM assigned), and ensure timely resolution to the same.

- Hold training sessions to Corporate Banking clients on ARB online platform to explain the features and the usage of the Platforms.

- Ensure Achieving ARB’s NPS targets.

- Responsible for initiating all requests received via E-Trade or trade desks from the customers.

- Responsible for initiating/scanning and registering all documents received via Courier or Fax with regards to the Trade Products.

- Responsible for storing and retaining original documents in safe custody and sending file documents to central archives.

- Signing, stamping, endorsing and delivering/forwarding documents to Trade Desk/Correspondent banks/Other parties.

- Represent ARB from a customer relations perspective to ensure that they deliver excellent customer services to enhance customer experience.

- Sending & receiving documents from/to correspondent banks.

- Responsible for liaising between customers, Trade Operations, Business and other relevant stakeholders with regards to forwarding the relevant application and documents to the appropriate party, identifying the limits where possible, resolving any discrepancies raised by communicating with the customer or Business.

- Interchange of cash with the customer (receiving and delivering).

- Review the cash and daily balance.

- Receiving clients and end the execution of all transactions (financial / non-financial), whether the financial transactions are cash or debited from the account.

- Review cash and match the daily balance of actual cash with cash in sub-treasury (Actual inventory) with reports (review / check of cash) and notify the operations manager in the center when there are any differences.

- Transferring cash to the public treasury at the end of the day and at intervals during the day when there is a overflow, beyond the approved cash ceiling, and not keeping any cash balance at the end of the day.

- Requesting, receiving, keeping and taking out controlled publications (Certified Cheques, correspondents, electronic transfer cards) from entering / output of the teller's stock in the functions tape.

- Achieving the employee's general goals and transfer management, whether sales or non-sales targets

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

- Good knowledge of branch operations.
