Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

FATCA & Common Reporting Standard:
Ensure completeness/accuracy of the self-certification forms (FATCA & CRS).
Ensure declared information is in line with the customer identify and customer nature of business. (i.e. Classification as per FATCA/CRS regulations)
Review and ad here the FAQs related to FATCA Common Reporting Standard with customers.
Go through the Self-Certification form with the customer.
Never give any Tax advice to customers.
Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer and to identify banking needs.
