• To assist the manage the creation of Shared Services related Placement Recommendations (PR) and do all necessary follow ups with all related stakeholders until Purchase Order (PO) is issued. To manage the tracking and reporting on all IT Financials and Contracts
• Create all PRs related to Shared Services.
• Follow up with requestors in case there are missing documents to be provided.
• Follow up with all related departments (procurement, Finance, TCM, …, etc.) until PO is issued.
• Track and report status of all Shared Services PRs and Shared Services POs.
• Assist with budget preparation, coordinate and manage the Annual budget exercise (CapEx and OpEx).
• Track and report approved Shared Services CapEx Budget.
• Track and report approved Shared Services OpEx Budget.
• Coordinate with all external departments (TCM, Finance, … , etc.) for new budget requests or budget re-allocation requests.
• Ensure all expenses are within assigned budget
• Forecast of the budget to ensure, the current/future budget is/will be aligned with the planned budget.
• Analyze the financial and forecasting budget data, thereafter take financial decision  for any budget deviation.
• Update and provide Shared Services Supplier contracts list report In monthly basis.
• Provide monthly report for Renewal/Termination IT supplier contracts.
• Track risk assessment for Critical Vendors CVs & Most Critical Vendors MCVs, thereafter provide monthly report.

   

• +2 years of experience
• Solid knowledge of Finance
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
