To be responsibale for implement sales strategies to identify and manage customers through digital channels enabling migrate customers and transactions through digital channels – Website, Mobile App, as well as tracking team’s performance against a set of pre-defined KPIs.
-Create and maintain target lists for potential new customers.
-Establish and implement plans to increase the share of digital sales.
-Institutionalize a disciplined process to manage continuous transaction regularity and optimize fee income.
-Define yearly budget and sales / conversion targets
-Set financial KPIs for self and track performance
-Ensure timely delivery and integrity of the reporting requirements in alignment with the bank’s accounting policies and cycles
-Develop and motivate staff, provide formal and informal feedback in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance
-Ensure overall alignment with KSA regulatory and compliance requirements, and bank policies through coordination with relevant stakeholders within the bank
-Works according to established bank’s strategy and guidelines, and under the direction of the Channel Sales Senior Manager. Exercises delegated authority within agreed business objectives, while consults with immediate supervisor for actions outside approved plans
- Sales and Digital channels experience
- Experience managing money transfer products, income streams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
