Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for mentoring and training new Clients. Success implementation and meeting timelines. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. Responsible for maintaining product knowledge, implementing and training. Communicate effectively with all departments within the company. Present product knowledge/expertise both in a training, maintain all client relationships.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Good in English language
