· Site visit to business solutions officers in branches making sure they are performing well as per their KPI and giving them, all required support.
· Attending to Corporate Banking clients none financial transactions requests i.e. Opening accounts, account maintenance, account services.
· On boarding new corporate banking names.
· Cross Selling cash management, Treasury, and Trade products to Corporate clients with special emphasis on onboarding Corporate Banking Clients on ARB online platform.
· Referring Corporate Banking clients to appropriate segments: Large, Middle and Enterprise Banking.
· Referring Corporate Banking clients to MSB segment.
· Documenting client meetings inside the branch and client visits.
· Record Corporate Client requests/service issues (those with no RM assigned), and ensure timely resolution to the same.
· Hold training sessions to Corporate Banking clients on ARB online platform to explain the features and the usage of the Platforms.
· Review Achieving ARB’s NPS targets.
· Review Compliance with ARB’s internal policies and procedures.
· Setting KPI’s, Training plans for the team in coordination with Head of Enterprise Banking.
· Review Performances of Direct Reports and validate eligibility of incentive.
