- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Maintain and responsible of outsource venders that related to cash receivable products.
- Support with the daily performance of Product performance in the system.
- Respond to email messages for customers who are seeking for help.
- Walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Ensure that the Implementation is done at Customer’s site.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Install, modify, and Take up IT related issues to IT Dept. and software issue resolution.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with appropriate department
- Gain feedback from customers about E-Channel usage
- Run reports to determine E-Channel malfunctions that continue to occur
- Co-ordinating with IT Dept. and Project manager for rolling out products and conducting training and making the staff aware of the product features etc.
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Adherence to all regulations and control functions within the bank in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance, fraud detecting and combating matters are carried out.
