Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Service and Support manager to handle products support to the Customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  •       Maintain daily performance of Product performance in the system.
  •       Maintain and responsible of outsource venders that related to cash receivable products.
  •       Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Ensure that the Implementation is done at Customer’s site and regular training provided for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
