Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Service and Support manager to handle products support to the Customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Maintain daily performance of Product performance in the system.
- Maintain and responsible of outsource venders that related to cash receivable products.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Ensure that the Implementation is done at Customer’s site and regular training provided for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
