- Responsible for UI Design activities in the ARB Digital Experience Centre
- As a User Interface Designer you will work closely with other members of the Experience Centre Team including Service Designers, UX Designers, Scrum Masters as well as researchers and data analysts to help design and develop new digital solutions
- The role of the UI Designer is to make sure that every page and every step a user will experience in their interaction with the finished product will conform to the overall vision created by UX designers. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of front-end development and coding
- As a part of ARB's Digital Experience Centre you will be at the forefront of driving the banks innovation agenda. You will work on a range of short, sharp agile projects and will regularly have to prepare, host and manage Experience Centre events with both internal and external stakeholders. The Experience Centre is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where talented individuals will thrive
- Conduct effective UI design activities on Experience Centre initiatives
- Manage the UI design of new products/services
- Application of Design Thinking techniques to facilitate workshops
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
- Work alongside UX Design, Service Design, Visual Design and Technology teams to develop and visualize key conceptual frameworks and information graphics relevant to specific projects
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
- Expert in UI Design trends
- Expert in applying Design Thinking techniques
- Understands the Banking and Financial Services Industry and current trends
- Advanced skills in UI software packages
- As well as UI Design the ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive understanding of UX design techniques
- Examples of UI deliverables. Strong, varied portfolio
