Achieving the financial and business targets for the region, also to Increase coordination between customers and Trade Services to minimize customer complaints. Coordinate with Head of Trade Sales & other stake holders in conducting Customer training on trade.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Monitoring business and revenue targets. Identifying low utilization of limits by clients and soliciting more business.
- Responsible for developing trade solutions specific to the customer needs in the chain.
- To collaborate with trade sales in identifying key trading countries ,overseas trading partners of our customers and propose structured solutions
- Preparing management reports including limit utilizations , expiration and other management reports
- Adherence to all regulations and control functions within the bank in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance, fraud detecting and combating matters are carried out
