1 Supervise:
Supervise a team of relationship mangers / senior relationships manger and SME Business representatives in branches where applicable
- Team motivation
- Ensure RMs receive the most adequate training and manage their professional career path
- Discussing and resolving problems
- Set adequate objectives to each RMs and evaluate their performance accordingly
- Carrying out performance reviews
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operation
2 Mentor:
- Mentor the team to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- Carrying out performance reviews
3 Reporting:
Reporting To top management following up the performance vs. target
- Analyzes and target opportunities to increase outcomes of his portfolio
- Proposing enhancements to existing products / relationships
- Develops cross selling and up selling strategies by type of client and implement them on the client portfolio
4 Portfolio:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of Enterprise accounts to increase the relation with the bank
- Analyzing current portfolio, organize it and assign it to RMs
- Validate referrals from SME BRs/SOs/ PB RMs and assign them to dedicated RMs
5 Marketing visit:
- Meets potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development.
- Makes frequent visits to clients' offices to establish strong relationships and keep track of developments.
6 Cross sell and up-sell:
- Develop strong partnerships with customer groups and product areas, particularly Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury & FX, Cash Management, Insurance, ARC to enhance cross-selling and strengthen customer relationships
- Coordinate business origination, closing and client servicing to meet bank’s excellence of service standards in order to retain customers through our products and services
7 Conversion:
- Coordinate monitoring of existing loans and focus on growing the assigned loan portfolio by following-up with existing clients and converting to borrowing clients the new referrals.
8 Target follow up:
- Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
- Carrying out performance reviews
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
9 Customer Service:
- Ensuring minimization of customer complaints within acceptable standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective resolution of Customer Complaints
- Maintain Customer Service standards set by SME Banking Dep.
10 Planning:
- Participate in developing effective marketing plan and follow up.
- Develop and implement goals and objectives
11 Governance Control and NPLs:
- Adhering to regulations (Business Continuity, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC
- Manage defaulting accounts by devising an account management strategy
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from reputable university with major in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Marketing Bachelor Degree.
Minimum Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience in corporate relationship managements is required
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent financial and risk analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines;
- Awareness of banking industry; general trends and computer literate.
- Excellent Arabic & English language
- Leadership skills
- Working with team spirit.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
