Builds relationships through working closely with SE customers(prospects and existing) to understand their banking requirements, offering them proper packages that optimize their business relation with the bank, and manage the profitability of the relationship
Develops a thorough understanding of customer’s organization, industry and global practices to maintain proximity to the clients and meet their banking needs and expectations
Provide advice & support to customers on banks products, prices, processes, and eligibility criteria
Act on referrals from SME BRs/SOs/PBs, retain new customerAssists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of ARB to meet department requirements, policies and standards.Actively cross-sell appropriate products (cash management, Treasury & FX, Trade Finance) and designing a value driven package of products and services for clients
Site visit for SE customers to understanding their business and requirement
referred and convert them to borrowing clients
Performed initial risk assessment of business and credit worthiness to build feasible proposals based on the bank policies.
Managing relationship between the bank and SE customers to ensure quality of service provided to them by applying data quality control procedures for various steps of data collection and processing.
Reviews CAs in order to ensure quality and completeness of all CAs before sending them to Credit Department
Collaborates with the Credit Dep. on an ongoing basis in order to constantly secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.
Product Systems Support and Control of Updates/change.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
Responsible to request amendments on the systems to facilitate customer’s needs and to correspond to the best applied practices.
To be held responsible for handling the corporate systems (i.e. TRASSET-CA, E-corporate, E-Trade….).
To carefully choose the right time for the changes taking into account any costs related to the change.
To negotiate with IT for each change is linked to policies and procedures for feasibility concerns.
Responsible for the change and implementation of policies in the system.
To ensure corporate systems workflow is updated and has sufficient controls.
To make sure that all the steps in the system are similar with the procedures approved.
Ensure that all corporate requirements are implemented correctly in the system
Liaise with IT to monitor systems to operate products and ensure Sharia controls are built in them
Preparing call/visit memo’s & all reports (PDOs , Pipeline, expired facility , Kafalah ….) to the team leader or other departments as request
Preparing market studies.
Planning to increase portfolio volume & number of customers on a yearly basis by offering them the proper facilities & services.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
4-6 years progressive professional experience in Banking , preferred as SME RM .
Knowledge in Corporate Banking products and services .
Knowledge in client relationship planning .
Ability in business development and planning .
Project management skills.
Working with team spirit.
Excellent analytical skills.
Knowledge of Al-Rajhi Bank procedures and systems
Knowledge of SAMA & CBJ regulations
Good communication Analytical and conceptual thinking
Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
