Assist customers with self-service banking
Provide informational support to customers on bank’s products, prices, processes and eligibility criteria
Collect and verify documents for key transactions (trade finance, vanilla loans…)
Open new accounts and provide services that related to the SME products ,
Monitor all deliverables and review any case that have any complexity with the RM in order clarify the solution
Collaborate with the branch manager in order to keep aligned with the tasks that are connected with the branch
Support dedicated sales campaigns in branches and assure of all requirements.
Validate the requests and the provided information of the client to examine the request whether its suitable or not .
Phone calls to target SME customers in the area during down time
Sell basic products to walk-in customers and explain the products briefly to clients clearly in order to obtain customer satisfaction.
Identify and analyze on field opportunities for sell / cross-sell and refer them to relevant RMs
Prepare reports on SME related performance, updated on local SME changes
Identify and report services improvement areas in the branches to the head office management.
Assure of the products requirements before execution and proceeding with the request.
Quick respond to the clients with any requirements regarding the products or requests related inquiries
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
- Usage of MS office
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking English
- Problem solving
- Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
- Background in SME.
- Time management.
- Analytical skills.
- Having required set of skills to build positive relationship with customers
