Senior Manager of Enterprise Performance Management Will develop, deliver & report of the Enterprise Performance Management framework and ensure that both performance and results are aligned to the strategic direction of the Bank. Assures that organization’s enterprise performance design and governance are focused and aligned on improving the strategical results, efficiencies and effectiveness; participates in organizational strategic planning. Increase the performance management and quality improvement capacity of the organization in order to ensure that organization’s strategy goals are effectively and efficiently met.
