- The Senior Manager-Ecommerce is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Senior Management.
Leadership
- Participate with the Senior Management in a vision and strategic plan to lead the E-commerce business and achieve the Sales and Revenue Targets
- Identify, assess, and inform the Senior Managementof internal and external issues that affect the E-commerce Sales and Revenue
- Foster effective team work between Bank, Staff and Senior Management
- Conduct official correspondence with PSP’s, Merchants and other External Bodies related to E-commerce Business
- Operational planning and management
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the Business
- Ensure that the Bank meet the expectations of its Merchants without losing quality of work
- Oversee and guide the efficient and effective day-to-day activities of the Department.
- Ensure that Banks personnel, client, Data files are securely handled and privacy/confidentiality is maintained
- Program planning and management
- Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Banks programs and services
- Ensure that the programs and services offered by the Bank contribute to the Banks mission and vision
- Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the sales programs and improve quality of business
- Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of various timely E-commerce projects of SAMA and Bank.
- Human resources planning and management
- Determine staffing requirements for departmental management and program delivery
- Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the business development
- Implement a performance management process for all staff, which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis.
- Coach and mentor subordinate staff as appropriate to improve performance
- Financial planning and management
- Oversee the development of raising the revenue by implementing right MCC, IRD etc.
- Participate in promotional activities which helps to raise the revenue
- Proactive to reduce the cost of Platform connectivity
- Risk management
- Identify the risks business unit which might cost us in terms of fraud, advise staff to stay away to bring such business to Bank
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles
- Knowledge of current market challenges and opportunities
- Knowledge of IRD, MCC codes, Interchange cost
- Knowledge of project management
