The role is to develop all communications with MOH & REDF. Drive all new product initiatives from conceptualization till launch to deliver superior customer value and open new avenues for revenue generation for the Bank in coordination with business owners.Drive all new product initiatives from conceptualization till launch to deliver superior customer value and open new avenues for revenue generation for the Bank in coordination with the Product & Segmentation.

Main Tasks:

• Responsible to develop products as per the Product Development Guidelines.
• Develop and enhance relationship with MOH & REDF
• Prepared Product Program Guidelines (PPG) for new product launch
• Established proactive monitoring strategies for product effectiveness through front-line feedback
• MUST be well versed with Islamic Profit Pool Management system and have expertise to structure and develop Profit Management System.
• Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong analytical and problem solving skills with Strong business planning & organization skills.
