Project Management

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 10  years Exp, with at least 2 years in Project Management. Education: Bachelor or  Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industry Engineering 

 Preferred Nationality: Saudi.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Study business requirements are feasible within the available plan and to assure all required approvals from business & other supporting departments. Works with Internal stakeholders or Management to align technical solution with business strategies. Moreover manages the relationship with vendors for ensure they deliver on time with the agreed solution and quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS:

•        The role ensures that the Ideas Statement is properly evaluated, planned and subject to reviews and approvals will oversee the initiation and execution of the project along with the required closure activity.
•         Weekly Meeting with Business
•       Need to track all of the changes with the business and endure they are documented.
•      Validate initial demand / requirements for new business solutions and enhance the needs
•      Monitor the progress in terms of resources, budget, risks, issues and value delivered.
•        The PM must deliver to the stakeholders what they expected or better and make sure that they’re satisfied with the results.
•      The PM needs to be ready for solution and work towards resolving them quickly, so as they don’t take your project off-track

Technicality:

•      Support business team to understand the goal behind the project/change request delivered to deportment.
•        The PM shall deliver the project throughout the PM Lifecycle phases; Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure towards the completion of the lifecycle.
•      Provide technical direction and framework to meet business needs.
•      Produce technically excellent solutions that is aligned to business needs.
•        Coordinate technical team with any technical issues or performance related issues after the delivery to production.

 Reporting

•      Prepare monthly reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
•    Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic. Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
