A relationship Manager consults with a private account holders to identify banking needs, and achieve his targets according to the approved plans. Creating an accounts for a new private customers. Balances growth. Resolving problems. Collect customers information for use in marketing .Following up calls with a private customers or meet them face to face to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer and to identify banking needs.
- Balances growth for Branch.
- Keeping of balances of existing customers.
- serve his customers and complete their orders in official working time or out of working time.
- Solve any problem or complement the customer may face with the bank.
- Upgrade customers’ accounts to private or Affluent class.
- Attracting new customers.
- Sale all bank products for private and affluent customers.
- follow up and work with compliance department requirements.
- Go through the Self-Certification form with the customer.
- Never give any Tax advice to customers.
- Follow up with the customers to obtain signed Self-Certification from within the agreed timeline.
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
- Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
