Sales

·         Collaborating with senior executives to establish & execute a sales goal for the region.

·         Maintaining and increasing sales of the bank's products

·         Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set goals.

·         Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

·         Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself and Managing new prospects.

Sales Monitoring

·         Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

·         Compiling and analysing sales figures

·         Conducting weekly sales forecast with the sales team & reporting the same to the Regional Head.

·         Ensuring healthy sales pipeline

Sales Training

·         Assisting Sales Representatives in their techniques

·         Educating sales team with presentations of trainings and regular meetings.

·         Ensuring all team members are aware of every update related to sales from policy changes, new promotions, new products ...

Related Assignment

·         Reallocating Sales Representatives among branches depends on business needs.

·         Collecting customer feedback and market research

·         Keeping up to date with products and competitor’s product and offering.

·         Provides on-going support to the region.

·         Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

Reporting

·         Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.

·         Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.

المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related area

  • 0-2 Years in Sales
