Main Tasks:
-Generate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
-Coordinate with digital payment & sales team to create a comprehensive dashboard for reporting.
-Ensure availability of required data and automate reporting mechanism.
-Produce detailed statistical reports relating to all KPIs within SLA agreed with business.
-Review and analyze data to make recommendations for increase in sales, service improvement and cost reduction.
-Maintains and improves the digital analytics platform.
-Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
-Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy
Identify opportunities and issues in the digital channels (both experience and sales).
-Ensure overall alignment with KSA regulatory and compliance requirements, and bank policies through coordination with relevant stakeholders within the bank.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Computer Science
- Experience using digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc)
- Expert in Google Tag Manager (GTM) or other tag management providers
- Ability to analyze and report traffic behaviors, data, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques Strong understanding of UX, Digital Analytics & CRO techniques.
