The Office Manager (OM) of the GM Office provides all logistical and administrative inputs to support the GM’s day to day tasks and activities including but not limited to managing his meeting schedule, coordinating his travel engagements and organizing and preparing him for the day’s activities.
Maintain the GM office on meeting protocol including timekeeping and follow up on action points with relevant stakeholders. He is the point person for routing all documents to the GM that require his signature.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
Fluent written and spoken in Arabic and English
Office management skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple meeting and communication requests
Solid communication skills; both written and oral.
Able to act as a point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM and to prioritize and manage his time accordingly
Pleasant yet professional and mature personality which reflects the stature of the GM office.
Strong typing skills and knowledge of software programs including:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Minimum 3 years working experiencing on managing GM office.
