Operational Management:

•       Implement processing efficiencies.
•       Regularly review processing procedures.
•       Capacity planning.
•       Dedicated & Specialized services.
•       Query management and resolution.
•       Manage GRG service levels.
•     Make sure that customers and outsourced staff are trained on processing procedures and new services.
•     Work closely with service providers.
•     Monitor the developments of the service providers.
•     Manage poor performers.

 Reporting:

•     Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
•  Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.

•      Understanding of policies and procedures.
•      Systems used in CIT and GRG reconciliation systems.
•      Systems used in cash centers.
•      Team Management.
•      Excellent communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related subject.
