Legal Officer

 JOB PURPOSE:

To work on all legal tasks regarding The department and support in advising in any legal matter, Coordination with our employees in department and the regions or through police.

TASKS:

• Preparation  requirements of lawsuits against delinquent customers before transmitting them to the outsource Office, with the legitimate unit staff  in department and areas.
• Raise the implementation cases accordance with the implementation of the new system in all regions of the Kingdom courts.
• Respond to legal defenses and prepare regulations to object to the decisions against the bank before the expiration of the specified time for discrimination.
• Marginalization of  instruments issued against  the customers  to inform that  they implementation of the provisions in  the various courts.
• Responding to requests and incoming mails to department  relating to the legal aspects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Law.

Minimum Experience:

0-3 years of experience.
