Main Tasks:
-Responsibility for the management of the Experience Centre facility
-Re-arrange the layout of the facility when required
- Prepare the facility for upcoming events in collaboration with the wider
- Ensure the Experience Centre embodies “Best in Class” facilities for Digital and Financial Services
- Assist with managing the facilities budget for the Experience Centre
- Coordinate with Experience Centre team, Al Rajhi stakeholders and clients to ensure the space is setup for events
- Work closely with Experience Centre team, Digital team, Al Rajhi business stakeholders, external clients and external vendors to ensure the space is always fit for purpose and setup in the planned way for each event
- Link between business units digital requirements & the digital channels involving all related stakeholders
-Engagement with external clients during workshops and showcasing events
-Relationship with third party vendors working with the digital team, as required
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
- Interior Design
- Facilities Management
- Knowledge of technical and engineering facilities operations
-Budget/Financial Management
-An understanding of Digital, Innovation and Design and what the Experience Lab is trying to achieve
-Planning skills are essential
- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Arabic and English to a high level, both speaking and reading & writing
