1 Budget and Sales Plan:

  • Participate in the budget planning of the branch banking.
  • Develop and execute a national sales business plan.
  • Supervise the employee on how to sell ARB products and services to existing and potential clients and generate additional business thereby increasing the market share of ARB.

2 Performance Monitoring:

  • Manage and oversee the Product Control team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
  • Monitor the performance of sales on “Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly”
  • Maintain the relation with the relative department “Marketing, CAB,IT and Branch Network”
  • Implement and operationalize rigorous activity management and smart sales reporting .

3 Target Distribution:

  • Build a solid process to grantee target achievement at the ladies branches for the liability growth, assets sales credit cards sales .
  • Set an annual sales plan cascade the same transparently to regional, area ,branch and sales agent level.
  • Make sure of cascading smart target down to the level of sales agent for all product.

4 Reports:

  • Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
  • Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of the agreed plans, along with conclusions and recommendations

5Training:

  • Provide training to the ladies branches in order to enhance their performance and explain the products and offers of ARB to assure of providing the accurate information and quality treatment to the customers  

6 Marketing Plan:

  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting with potential government ,Simi-government and private company to provide the payroll services to their new hired staff ,whom will be the potential for the assets credit cards and liability sales.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financials, evaluate options, and resolve internal priorities.Maintain an in depth understanding of the market and competitors activities .

7 Sales Mentoring:

  • Demonstrate the ability to leverage resources and control the sales force right sizing
  • Maintain responsibilities fully for sales cycle, from the opportunity identification through negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting .
