Scanning and archiving of all daily transaction documents, Current Accounts – Retail & Corporate, Consumer Finance Contracts and related documents, Car Keys etc. Act as a second line defense and ensure all new account opened, new membership, update to current accounts and membership are in compliance of the SAMA regulations. All FATCA requirements are being checked , validated and reported to the relevant areas within the bank. Processing and managing the request for retrieval of documents as and when requested. To set operational plans, workflows and processes in Archive Center and Documentation Controls unit. To report/communicate issues and areas of improvement to senior management.
Governance (Policy & Procedure):
Responsible for managing & improving systems that provide effective internal management and controls.
Responsible for carrying out function of Documentation Control in accordance with the laid down policy & procedure of the bank.
Should be familiar with all related SAMA regulations and ensures implementation of these regulations and guidelines.
Services Quality:
Ensure the provision of adequate and efficient processing services pertaining the business, resolving their queries/ problems and thereby help them serve their respective external customers in a more efficient manner.
Corporate and Memberships per SAMA Regulations
KYC review of the updates to Current Accounts and Memberships
FATCA Compliance per the SAMA regulations
Supervising the capacity of the Archiving Center, reviewing and shredding documents as per the SAMA Guidelines.
Services Efficiency and Improvement:
Develops SLA and quality standards for the all the activities undertaken by the service provider.
Establishes processes to monitor operational effectiveness and quality of the service provider service and collect data for analysis.
Supervise the initiatives to enhance the efficiency by re-engineering the process flow & deploying automation.
Develop/ finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/ units to achieve improvements in turnaround time with the respective departments.

المؤهلات العلمية
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
