Business Support MIS

Group: Shared Services.

To support in collecting the all Business Operations and support department in a monthly bases. collect the Operation Pack from all Business Operations and support department in a monthly bases, also to work as a part of a team in all aspects maintaining and developing the computerized information systems. Furthermore to perform  with any delegated responsibilities within the projects and MIS area.

Projects

•      Follow up and monitor projects related to Business Operations and Support Department and to provide a status report.
•      Secure required data from related departments and make sure its updated.

Policies, Processes & Reporting:

•      Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•      Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
•      Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.

BSc. Degree in MIS / Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Marketing or other related subjects.
