Policy & Procedures:
Develop policies and update procedures, ensure the application of these policies and procedures and update accordingly, Co-develop policies & guidelines with businesses to ensure optimum performance and delivery, coordinate system integration of policies & guidelines with associated businesses as applicable, contribute to the overall governance of the bank and ensure adherence to all internal standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Process Analysis & Control:
Conduct independent evaluations (on periodic basis) of associated businesses’ processes to highlight and recommend as possible improvements and qualitative enhancements and recommend process controls regarding activities to avoid and mitigate financial and non-financial operational risks .
Supervising staff:
Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents internally and externally, supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform functional activities in accordance with processes, policies and procedures defined. Co-set performance objectives with businesses associated, and provide necessary support. Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports. Promote a high-performance working environment and the bank's values.
Authorize financial transaction:
SAMA Claims executing Transactions/ Transferring the governmental revenues through SAMA Workstation Sarie gateway system/ • Issue /Repurchasing Bank draft s Cheques/ Debit / Credit book entries.
Signatures control:
Receiving applications to Create new/ Modifying/ changing/Cancel Al Rajhi authorized signatures and stamps ,distributing the Signatures Booklets manual to ARB branches ,Local /International banks .
Special design Cheques control:
Requesting Printing special Design cheque books for VIP customers ,Governments Organizations
