Assistant Supervisor Customer Information File (Female)

Business Support:

• Reviews CIF reject reports and performs account maintenance as appropriate.
• Resolves all interest checks rejects & returned mail.
• Handles IRS imposed withholding and participates in the B-Notice and Due Diligence mailing.

Data Record:

• Processes corrections to savings bonds Audit and back office support
• Information Auditing and evaluates the accuracy of CIF/Account maintenance performed by branch and back –office personnel.

Branch Support:

• Provides Branch and Back-office support for questions pertaining to the CIF subsystem.

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress.
• Performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
• Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of the agreed plans, along with conclusions and recommendations.

People Management:

• Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
• Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.

• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
