§  Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer and to identify banking needs.

§  Balances growth determent per the yearly plan.

§  Balances growth for Branch.

§  Keeping of balances of existing customers.

§  serve his customers and complete their orders in official working time or out of working time.

§  Solve any problem or complement the customer may face with the bank.

§  Upgrade customers’ accounts to private or Affluent class.

§  Dealing with all tasks in CRM system.

§  Attracting new customers.

§  Sale all bank products for private and affluent customers.

FATCA & Common Reporting Standard:

§  Ensure completeness/accuracy of the self-certification forms (FATCA & CRS).

§  Ensure declared information is in line with the customer identify and customer nature of business. (i.e. Classification as per FATCA/CRS regulations)

§  Review and ad here the FAQs related to FATCA Common Reporting Standard with customers.

§  Go through the Self-Certification form with the customer.

§  Never give any Tax advice to customers.

§  Follow up with the customers to obtain signed Self-Certification from within the agreed timeline.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Reporting:

·       Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.

  • Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations

المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Management, Economy, Finance, Sales, Marketing or Accounting.

 

Minimum Experience:

·       3-7 Years’ of experience in in relevant Compliance field.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Knowledge in Corporate Banking products and services.
  • Knowledge in client relationship planning.
  • Ability in business development and planning.
  • Project management skills.
  • Working with team spirit.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Al-Rajhi Bank procedures and systems
  • Good communication Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • English language Microsoft Office Skills
  • Negotiating Skills
