Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
As a UX Experience you will work closely with other members of the Insights Team, and other members across the Experience Centre Team like: UX and service designers, technology experts and lab operators to design and develop new digital solutions

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Command of a broad set of qualitative and user-centered design research methods (e.g., usability testing, ethnography, focus groups, diary studies)

- Capable of delivering insightful and compelling presentations up to senior level
