Job Description
· Train managers on motivation techniques and performance evaluation methods to better engage employees and mentor, reward, promote and boost morale to keep employees motivated.
· Coach and develop employees to help them achieve their full potential by delivering employee training programs and by conducting skills gap analyses to identify employee training needs.
· Train and grow employees to succeed in their career by planning effective onboarding programs (counselling, mentoring, coaching and job rotation schemes) that will help them settle into their new job followed by providing various opportunities to enhance their skills, proficiencies and aptitudes.
· Manage the conducting of the Training Needs Analysis to assess training gaps and serve as key input in EMKAN’s training plan.
· Lead the development of EMKAN’s annual training plan in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) results and the organizational learning strategy.
· Lead the design and execution of customized programs and initiatives in the areas of global talent management, long term development, personal development, technical training, executive development, competency development, assessment and feedback, mentorship program, to improve employee and organizational capability to achieve business goals.
Guide and lead the development of the training program review process to ensure the evaluation of program quality and the incorporation of employees’ feedback towards program/trainers/facilitators to maintain ongoing optimization of development solutions
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant Management or Social Science disciplines (Master’s degree is preferred). CIPD Degree, CTP qualified, or equivalent preferred
· Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management with a focus on Talent Management and Development. · Progressive experience in a similar role within HR industry; excellent industry awareness and understanding of the technical and behavioural development needs of the organization. · Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions. · Experience of partnering with third parties. · Budget management experience. · People Management experience. · Hands-on experience in implementing learning and development programs. · Proven work experience in developing Career management programs.
· Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written). · Working knowledge of the Arabic language would be a benefit. · A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications. · Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences. · Strong analytical skills. · Strong Problem-solving ability Proficient in MS Office |
