Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Develop Digital on boarding and transactions campaigns to meet revenue and growth targets
- Implement and utilize analytics to identify potential customers, execute migration opportunities and improve subscription and retention performance
- Institutionalize a disciplined process to manage continuous transaction regularity and optimize fee income
- Establish and implement plans to increase the share of digital sales
- Update channel sales senior manager on boarding, migration and transactions by channel and coordinate across teams to improve sales performance
- Setup required framework to collect, analyze and action customer user experience feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and align to target service levels
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Sales and Digital channels experience
- Experience managing money transfer products, income streams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
Advanced level in:
- Digital channels management
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer experience
- Communication & negotiation skills
