Product Control Officer (Female) - Riyadh

Accuracy of GL Financial Data:

• Enter the monthly Manual Entries into oracle GL (Book, Analyse, summaries, etc..)
• Assist in the Closing of Monthly Trial Balance.
• Investigate the daily Debit , Credit Revenue and expenses transactions affecting certain Revenues & Expenses accounts respectively
• Daily Monitoring the Abnormal Balances
• Closing of Monthly Trial Balance
• Daily Monitoring the net of Suspense accounts

Maintenance of COA:

• Opening account, products, CC, and Branch
• Maintenance the COA including the Mapping and build the Logic for it
• Maintenance of Chart of Account (Open, close, enable, disable, etc. ..)
• Organize the ORACL GL users based on the department and branches and documented

Customer base enquiry:

• Meeting External audit enquiries and required data available upon request

Accuracy of GL:

• Coordinate with IT and different stakeholders the daily rejected transaction files generated from system
• Daily follow up on the Revaluation of Foreign currency unrealized Gains / (Losses)
• Monitor each month end Suspense net amount and coordinate with Operations Department for necessary actions need to be taken (In case needed)

Set up of new ARB Products in source system:

• Test and review the results of the new accounting cycle / treatment set up in source systems

• Excellent knowledge of various bank products and related accounting cycles
• Works under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office skills
