Job Description
Defending the rights of the Bank and protecting its interests and representing it to a court and official authorities in the country.
Drafting and reviewing documents / agreements, contracts and getting Legal approvals.
Providing advice to the Bank’s departments and preparing and drafting internal and external contracts and agreements.
Studding cases and preparing prosecution lists and defense notes.
Preparation and processing of evidence, evidence and necessary documents
Support in embedding sharia principles in Corporate Banking Group.
