Business Analysis (Supervisory Level)

JOB PURPOSE:

Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Performing quality assurance. Defining reporting and alerting requirements. Detail Business requirements received from different business units. Participate in workshops to help in finalizing the wireframe and customer journeys.

Detailed Tasks:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Perform quality assurance.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
• communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
• Manage the team, assign tasks, allocate resources in a way that ensures the efficiency and productivity.
• Work with UI/UX team on developing the wireframes and customer journeys. 
• Monitor digital channels KPIs from Business perspective , and make sure that the customer experience/journeys implemented in a way that increase the digital channels KPIs.
