Job Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of GRG installations, collections support and comply to the Company’s cash processing policy, procedure and operations. Also responsible of having intimate knowledge of all aspects of GRG installations, collections and support in operational management capacity.
Gather daily, weekly and monthly management report information
- Service Providers productivity
- Service levels GRG units
- FLM’s and coordinate with technicians
- Custodian Productivity
Operational Management
- Implement processing efficiencies
- Regularly review processing procedures
- Capacity planning
- Dedicated & Specialized services
- Query management and resolution
- Manage GRG service levels
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Understanding of policies and procedures.
- Systems used in CIT and GRG reconciliation systems.
- Systems used in cash centers.
- Team Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
