Branch Banking Dev.
Assist in Prepare annual plan to develop branches based on statistical and data analysis and determine the annual plan of branch network Development and get the required approvals.
Work closely with ATM team to determine the list of branches that need ATM Development .
Ensure all projects are in scope and within budget and timline.
Supervise progress of annual plan for branch modifications in collaboration with branch network based on predefined criteria.
Study and proposals, plans, and reports in coordination with supporting units and collaboration with retail business Depts. for all development Projects .
Plan budgeting based on branch business requirements / projects and request budget from related Dept.
Monitor project of tech engineering deliverables associated with assigned projects including branch identity – scope – and business requirements.
Liaise with admin Depts. to ensure all equipments and required tools are available to ensure good service quality.
Monitoring and Auditing.
Track project progress and activities of supporting units in branches for Dev. purposes to ensure good quality standards are being delivered.
Provide the required support for on-going projects to ensure projects are in compliance with internal standards /SAMA regulations/operational Risk in coordination with branches and supporting unit.
Evaluate project progress and reports based on predefined timelines.
Prepare management reports with project details in terms of timelines, cost, and business requirements.
Prepare weekly reports on remedy tickets raised by branches in terms of number of tickets resolved/closed/pending/delayed and follow up with maintenance dept. to ensure ticket responsiveness comply with the pre assigned SAL.
Issue a daily morning report to ensure that all branches are up and running.
Supporting.
Escalate urgent maintenance issue to Maintenance Dept. and escalate to management as needed.
Initiate projects where general issue raise and follow up with related supporting units managers from project initiation till project closure.
Coordinate with districts managers regarding related on site works and keep all stakeholders informed about any on site activities.
