- To manage the bank’s Kiosk channel
- Support other channels mangers in digital activities
- Assist the bank in offering new digital services through Kiosk channel
- Assisting in projects, promotional efforts and interdepartmental coordination
- Coordinating between IT and Customer Service for product support. Maintaining and monitoring service availability
