Regional Cash Center Manager – “South Region Abha”

Responsible for managing all aspects of the Supervision unit  and Cash Centre Operations within their dedicated regions with reference to a commercial context in his region of responsibility. Day to day monitoring of the service providers. Ensuring service provider complying to Bank & SAMA policy procedures..

Operational Management:

•      Implement processing efficiencies.
•      Monthly Auditing and visits of Cash Centre’s & Supervision unit.
•      Monthly reports required for Cash Management.
•      Manage cash & clearing supervision unit projects.
•      Implementation Outsourcing Cash Center.
•      Take over cash center operations in case of vendor failure.

 Manage Cash & Clearing Supervision Staff 

•      Perform regular staff performance assessments.
•      Comply of policies and procedures.
•      Monthly visits and audits of cash centers & Supervision unit.
•      Monthly meeting with the various service providers and vendors.
•      Identifying training needs for staff and manage poor performance.

 General Administrative :

•      Systemization and Automation (Base 24, RIO, SIB 200 (RBS) and Casper).
•      Standardize Processes.
•      Conduct regular staff meetings.
•      Attend management meetings

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Operations or banking related
