To be responsible about Tahweel top 8 countries marketing to enhance Tahweel business and increase the market share.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Analysis for Tahweel Business country wise.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
- Coordination with the concerned department for designing and delivering all Tahweel marketing materials
- planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
- Responsible of Increasing the customers segment and Increasing the customer awareness.
- Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Works according to established bank’s strategies and guidelines, and under the direction of the Top Management, Exercises delegated authority within agreed business objectives.
