Job Description
- Responsible for Experience Centre Events & Partnerships activity and output.
- In this role, you will build external partnerships with fintechs, government, universities, customers, SMEs to support the EC strategy.
- Oversee and assist with organization and coordination of conferences, workshops, meetings, seminars, and other Experience Centre events.
- As the Events & Partnership Coordinator, you will work closely with and ensure alignment with other members of the Experience Centre including UX designers, service designers, technology experts as well as researchers and data analysts.
- Plan and organize all events taking place in the Experience Centre.
- Ensure that all events are tracking and within budget, evaluate event results, and communicate actionable learnings and insights.
- Align with ARB marketing and communications strategy.
- Create and manage events and projects from initiation to completion.
- Hold regular meetings with product and stakeholders within Digital Function and external to monitor progress, address issues, and plan function activities.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Demonstrable experience in event planning, from ideation and conception, to activation
- Impeccable attention to detail; tenacity and adeptness in problem-solving and identifying solutions
- Strong skills with MS Office suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, particularly in financial services
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Video production skills or willingness to learn are considered an asset
- Arabic and English to a high level, both speaking and reading & writing
