Job Purpose:
Developing technical solutions to business problems, Review of technical solution system requirements & system Enhancement documents and conducting successful UAT for all the System development and enhancements for launching. Managing requirements at the project level to fulfill all business and stakeholders needs.
Key Accountabilities & Detailed Tasks
1-Full end to end -Testing of New Products/ Changes/Enhancements in line with BRD/GAP & change Requests.
2-Preparing the test cases and Scenarios for Testing of New Products Changes / Enhancements.
3-Creation of RFC 's in system and Creation and Maintaining the RFC's register in excel data base with timely status updates .
4-Co-ordination with IT /Vendor for timely updates, Delivery and deployment .
5-New BRDS / change requests review and provide feedback to Product for changes or improvements.
6- Deployment of legal Documents & Contracts in the system as per the approved layout and content provided by Business.
7-Preparation of Daily , weekly and monthly management reports and presentations as required time to time.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Management preferably in Retail Banking assets division with though knowledge of various lending systems and functionalities.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with minimum 2 years in the similar position.
Job-Specific Skills:
Should have excellent communication, analytical, leadership & project management skills and be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high –pressure environment.
