Web Applications Development (Supervisory Level)

JOB PURPOSE:

Leading the designing and development for web applications, mainly the public website and online/internal banking applications.

Detailed Tasks:

• Work on designing and developing web applications, mainly the public web site application built using SiteCore.
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications.
• Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members.
• Write or review code for various applications.
• Run functionality testing and debug code.
• Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance.
• Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons).
• Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites.
• Work on enhancing the architecture for the web application built using SiteCore.
• Create wireframes to decide on layout.
• Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings.
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications.
