Supervisory Level - ATM and Self Service

 Role Purpose:

 Develop software with the existing code-base and large number of customizations across the ATM, POS, FHM, and Switch modules, Develop and test required code changes such that any impact on the current transaction suite is reduced or excluded, Closely support the QA teams in their testing work, Provide implementation plans to minimise downtime and impact on throughput, Provide priority ad-hoc support for the existing production environment as required, Document all analysis, design, and development deliverables.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
• Provide management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and skilled BASE24 analyst / developer to support and deliver customizations within this environment.

Minimum Experience:.

• Expertise with ATM & POS switching system and interfacing. Expertise in Base24 EMV Transaction.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Familiar with BASE24-Classic and TSS environments
• Provable TAL, COBOL, SCOBOL, and TACL development ability
• Capable of designing modifications to all BASE24 modules without close supervision
• Experience with both the Diebold C1000 and NCR N50 device handlers
• Experience customizing the ATM AUTH, POS RTAU, Refresh, Extract, and FHM modules
• Familiar with the SAMA, VISA BASEI / SMS, BIC ISO, and HISO interfaces
• Familiar with Virtual ATM products, and the VISA VTS simulator
• Interacting with back-end Host teams, middleware teams, and business representatives
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Time Management Skills
