Supervisor Service Improvement

To analyze bank’s customers’ justified complaints on bank’s products & services through cases investigation, root cause identification & reporting and responsibility for the oversight & direct support of business process elevation and investigational tasks to identify service improvement  through investigation, documentation, follow-up, and reporting.

Complaints Analyzing:

•     Analyzing & assessing customers’ justified complaints in line with ARB & SAMA regulations.
•     Accurately recording all findings and corrective auctioning required to deliver enhanced customer experience
•     Reclassifying customer complaints based on issue type & proper root cause of the customer issue.
•     Ensure that all complaints of regulatory nature or fall within regulatory complaints categories are effectively addressed.

Service and Quality Improvement:

• Contributes to the identification process of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices.

• Identification & recommendation of solution thoroughly followed up and promptly resolved in order to ensure compliance and preserve the Bank’s interests in terms of customer services and assure that necessary actions are taken to minimize customers complaints.
