Assist the manager in implement process improvement efforts within Al Rajhi Bank based on sound process improvement accepted disciplines and practices. Executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes. Ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals. Works collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process.
Preferred Nationality: Saudi.
Minimum Experience:
- 6-8 years of business process improvement work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with preferably a professional qualification like ACCA /CIMA.
Business Process Improvement Activities:
- Assist the manager in implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
- co-ordinate the performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Executive Team.
- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
- Preparation of monthly project scorecard reports.
Governance (Policy & Procedure):
- Responsible for carrying out Operational Excellence activities in accordance with the laid down policy & procedure of the bank.
- In addition, he should be familiar with all SAMA related regulations and efficient implementation of these regulations and guidelines.
- Full knowledge of Retail & Corporate Products/ Services.
Services Quality:
- To ensure proper communication and interaction between business
- Ensure the provision of adequate and efficient processing services pertaining the business, resolving their queries/ problems and thereby help them serve their respective external customers in a more efficient manner.

- Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation
- Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven.
