Software Testing (Supervisory Level)

JOB PURPOSE:

Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).Design and develop automation scripts when needed. Reviewing and analysing system specifications. Executing test scripts and reviewing results. Reporting and documenting technical issues.

Detailed Tasks:

• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
