Senior Officer Self-Supervision

Job Purpose: 

Review/Resolve AML related sanction and Monitoring sanctions and sanctioned individuals. Ensure and review SAMA’s requirements. Review of the blocked, frozen and sanctioned accounts.

Key Accountabilities & Detailed Tasks :

• Ensure efficient identification and Monitoring of sanctions and sanctioned individuals.
• Support and review to resolve AML related sanction alerts. 
• Ensure timely action for the requirements provided from SAMA and the bank.
• Ensure and review the implementation of SAMA’s requirements and actions taken on the clients’ accounts and SAMA’s requests are been implemented in the system and lists are updated.
• Ensure and review SAMA’s requirements are completed and contains all the required evidences and supporting documents as per the request received. 
• Comply with rules/regulation and Bank’s Policies/Procedures.
• Daily review of the blocked, frozen and sanctioned accounts as per SAMA’s requirements.
• Serve as a contact between the Bank and SAMA. Work with stakeholders on standardizing daily name screening processes and procedure.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level. 

Minimum Experience: 

3 to 5 years banking experience

 Job-Specific Skills: 

• Strong Knowledge the AML  suspicious activity transaction monitoring systems, data mining/analytical tools, and KYC automated solution.
• Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced database and statistical functions and methods .
• Experience in banking and financial institutions.
• Arabic and English languages is a must.
