JOB PURPOSE:
• Ensure that all IT work complies with quality standards as well as adheres to contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements
• Digital KPI Management
• Manage IT process documentation - Policies, process, procedures, guidelines
• Manage all quality related training and communication activities
• Facilitate Management Information (MI) reporting.
• Manage Continuous Service Improvement activities for IT
• IT Governance Administration – IT Steering Meetings, IT Management Meetings, EA Board etc.
• Manage Continuous Service Improvement activities for IT
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage IT Governance reports, regarding all aspects of quality control, along with conclusions and recommendations.
- Manage MIS of SSG operational data and develop Operational Committee Pack to all stakeholders
- Manage new ad-hoc report as per the management request and communicate to relevant members.
- Provides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of quality control, along with conclusions and recommendations.
- improve and monitor of IT Policies, process and procedures documentation. improve and monitor of IT Policies, process and procedures documentation.
- Manage implementation of approved department policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Manage and document the Agreed Service Level agreement between ARB IT and their direct internal customers.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات
Qualification:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Certified in COBIT, ITIL or TOGAF.
Experience:
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and banking environment, problem solving skills, good
- Enterprise IT Governance including knowledge of IT risk management and controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces.
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework such as COBIT/TOGAF is applied across the organization.
- Create and share reports with IT management, identifying IT process bottlenecks and suggesting options and recommendations.
- Responsible for procedure governance and oversight.
